It began with two restless souls, two machines, and a shared obsession with the open road.
From weekend rides through Maharashtra to cross-country expeditions across India, the co-founders always chose the path less taken—skipping tourist trails and crafting their own routes through unexplored terrain. Their first meeting happened mid-adventure, and they instantly connected over their love for raw, real travel.
The road taught them everything—patience, grit, freedom. Each trip became a form of therapy. But they also saw the pain points: confusing routes, poor planning, and travelers missing out on the magic of the journey.
That’s when the idea kicked into gear. Road Trip Organizer (RTO) was created to change how India experiences road trips—turning rough routes into smooth rides. With years of hands-on adventure, RTO crafts curated, self-drive and ride journeys that are bold, seamless, and unforgettable. Whether you’re riding solo or rolling deep—RTO is the engine behind your next epic road trip.

Co-founder | Road Architect | Full-Time Explorer
Jonathan Kachhap, the road architect and free-spirited co-founder of Road Trip Organizers (RTO)—a premium motor touring company built for those who crave freedom on four wheels or two. With over a decade in Sales and Project Management, he brings sharp planning and raw passion to the world of road travel.
It all began in college with a Yamaha bike and a hunger for roads less traveled. From there, Jonathan built communities like The R15 Brigade and Blue Streaks Pune, clocked 100,000+ km across India, and was recognized by Yamaha Motor India for leading epic rides.
Today, he’s ditched the desk life for full-time adventures—fueling RTO with a mix of strategic planning, grassroots energy, and a love for everything that makes a road trip epic.
When he’s not leading the charge, you’ll find him somewhere remote—with a full tank, a camera in hand, and a plate of local food within reach.

Meet Sachin Jadhav, the engine behind the business side of Road Trip Organizers (RTO). As co-founder, Sachin brings 15+ years of entrepreneurial fire—scaling ventures from the ground up with a sharp eye for growth, precision, and delivery. From fire safety systems to resort projects and now full-throttle road trips, he’s mastered the art of turning ideas into brands.
A true road warrior, Sachin has ridden across India and even travelled abroad, always chasing fresh perspectives on wheels. His deep-rooted belief that “Time is Money” powers RTO’s razor-sharp logistics and seamless trip execution—because every great ride runs on smart planning.
But it’s not all spreadsheets and schedules.
Off-duty? You’ll find him tucked away in a quiet spot, sipping on whiskey, puffing a classic, and soaking in the silence like a boss. Calm exterior, fire inside—that’s Sachin.
