Cancellation Policy
Change of plans? Happens to every rider — even the most seasoned ones.
If you’re unable to join the ride as scheduled, don’t stress it. At Road Trip Organizers (RTO), we keep things simple, transparent, and rider-friendly.
Your advance amount will automatically convert into RTO Ride Credits, which you can use for your next two upcoming RTO adventures. These credits act like your personal pass to the next ride you choose—no cash refunds, but a guaranteed seat waiting for you on your next adventure with us.
Just make sure to redeem your credits in time. After the second upcoming ride window, they’ll expire… because even our credits follow the RTO motto: “Never Stop Exploring”—but only for a limited time.

In case of cancellation from the organizer's end (due to Lockdown, Natural calamities including, snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, bad weather or unexpected political unrest, terrorism activity, curfews, local riots, or government orders), the booking would be transferred to another departure.

In case the client refuses to transfer the booking, there shall be no cash refund. Clients will be liable for a voucher, which can be redeemed as per the client's desire and upcoming tour dates.

Booking amount is Non-Refundable.

Refunds will be made within 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation.

The refund amount will be calculated from the total fee, in case any partial payment has been made.

If the cancellation is from the client's end at any point of time post the registration refund will be provided as per the details mentioned below:

Before 25 days - 70% refund.

Between 25-07 days - 50% refund.

Between 7-0 days - No Refund.
